The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

Das Haus befindet sich auf einem großen Grundstück, das hervorragend gegen Einsicht von außen abgeschirmt ist. Hohe Bäume sorgen für ausreichend Schatten. Es gibt zahlreiche Sitzmöglichkeiten rund um das Haus. Die Einrichtung der Küche ist perfekt. Vier deutsche Fernsehprogramme, das Erste, ZDF, NDR und RTL. Auf dem Grundstück sind Wäscheleinen vorhanden. Die Einfahrt ist etwas umständlich vom Foldenvej aus. Positiv daran ist, dass dadurch ein Erdwall mit Beflanzung zum Kandeborgvej eine Sichtschutz bietet.

Ein gemütliches, gepflegtes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Möbel während unseres Aufenthaltes waren nicht verwohnt. Der Sandstrand ist schön und weitläufig. Die Umgebung lässt sich bestens mit dem Fahrrad erkunden.

Wir hatten diesen Urlaub für Fahrradtouren und Strandwanderungen benutzt. Frederikshavn, Saeby oder auch Albaeck oder Skagen sind über abwechslungsreiche Radwege gut erreichbar.
