Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 98 m² and is build in 1983. In 1998 the holiday home was renovated. In 2019 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 600 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Slide.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Für uns (2 Personen und ein Hund) ein sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage und guter Grösse. < br />Das grosse, eingezäunte Grundstück ist klasse für unsere Amy. < br />Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt in dem schönen Haus (2ter Aufenthalt), < br />und buchen mit Sicherheit wieder. < br />Für einen Urlaub im Sommer fehlen leider Gartenliegen

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus .das Sofa ist nicht ganz der Hit ,man singt zutief ein.Der eingezäumte Garten ist für den Hund super .Ein kurzer Weg zum Strand .Ein Spaziergang durchs Gebiet ist entspannend.Zum einkaufen ist man schnell in Friedrichshafen .Kann Ich nur Empfehlen.

Vi var 8 personer og masser af plads. En stor fantastisk grund og børnene syntes det var dejligt med skum fiduser., som var et stort hit. Vi vil gerne opfordre sommerhuset til andre. Det var anderledes med at komme søndag, da det altid har været lørdag til lørdag, men det var dejligt og mere ro om søndagen. Der var fint rent og kan anbefale fisk i strandby. Mange lækre steder både tur med ormen på Skagen og i byen. Prisen ligger lidt højt , men når man sparer op i et helt år går det. Til sidst vil jeg bare sige Tusind tak for en fantastisk uge og hav en dejlig sommer til Bettina og Mads.

Dejligt lukket have. Fin terrasse men mangler stole da der kun var 6 stk og ingen hynder dertil. Man kunne godt bruge en solseng.

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt,ein sehr schönes Haus,sehr ruhige Lage,Küche gibt her,was man alles braucht,was uns leider gefehlt hat,waren Sonnenliegen,aber man ist ja erfinderisch,was das Sonnen angeht,sonst war alles in Ordnung

Fantastisk uge med familien. Alt var præcis som beskrevet. Rent og pænt og meget indbydende. Fin lukket have, så hunden også kunne nyde opholdet. Området er fint med begrænset trafik. Med mange stimuligheder til en strandtur. Fine indkøbsmuligheder i Strandby, kun 3 km fra huset. Kun 10 km til Frederikshavn med færge til Læsø, Sverige og Norge. Flere unike fiskerestauranter for enhver smag. Det er ikke sidste gang vi holder ferie i Bratten og også gerne i det samme hus.

Et hyggeligt hus, man kommer i rigtig sommerhus stemning . Stor have , plads nok til børn og hund. Dejlig natur og tæt på strand , lækkert område når man har hunden med . En ting er sikkert vi kommer igen ?? Eneste minus er problematikken omkring affald , når affaldsspande ikke er tømte når der kommer nye gæster så bliver de hurtigt fyldte .. . .
