Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 80 m² and is build in 1984. In 2020 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 3384 m² natural site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 800 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Play tower. Slide. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich toll - nur wenige hundert Meter zum Strand. Zudem ist das Haus von Bäumen und Sträuchern umgeben, was den Aufenthalt auf der sehr großen Terrasse zu einem Traum macht. Die Ausstattung der Terrasse ließ fast keine Wünsche offen; es standen sehr viele Möbel zur Verfügung (Sonnenschirme, Esstisch mit Stühlen, Liegemöglichkeiten und eine Sitzgruppe im windgeschützten Bereich). Die Inneneinrichtung (z. B. Küchenutensilien) war gut bis sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das kleine Badezimmer war mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Alles in allem ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen!

Das haus hat unseren Ansprüchen und Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Genug Platz für alle im Haus und auch das Grundstück ist groß genug. Auch die Einrichtung im gesamten Haus war seht gut. Klasse waren die Rehe, die morgens vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster standen und dann über das Grundstück gegangen sind. Außerdem konnten wir auch Eichhörnchen beobachten.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Bratten - nun schon zum zweiten Mal- und haben das gemütliche Haus und das großartige Grundstück sehr genossen . Vielen Dank !
