Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 1 of the beds is only suitable for an older child (4-11 years). The holiday home is 72 m² and is build in 1986. In 2024 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2599 m² natural site. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 200 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 6000 m. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Situated 200 m from a playground.Fire place. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 3 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 of these sleeping accommodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

You can relax in the outdoor hot tub for 4 persons.

Wir haben einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub im Ferienhaus erlebt. Nur das Badezimmer hat eine Renovierung nötig, die Dusche würde ich auf jeden Fall erneuern.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Der Ofen hat richtig ordentlich Leistung und schafft es problemlos, das ganze Haus warm zu bekommen. < br /> < br />Das Badezimmer ist allerdings schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Gerade rund um und in der Dusche waren teilweise leichte Schimmelstellen zu sehen. Hier wäre eine Renovierung sicher mal angebracht. < br /> < br />Die Lage hat uns dafür richtig gut gefallen. Man ist schnell am Strand und das Haus liegt direkt in der Natur. Besonders schön war, dass wir abends öfter Rehe im Garten beobachten konnten. < br /> < br />Die Betten waren bequem und bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus insgesamt sauber und ordentlich. < br /> < br />Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt mit einer wirklich tollen Lage. Ein paar Dinge, vor allem das Badezimmer, könnten aber durchaus mal erneuert werden.

Gemütlich eingerichtet, alles da, was man benötigt. Kurze Entfernung zum Strand und zum Købmand. Grundstück nicht einsehbar, viele Bäume ringsherum. Absolutes Highlight sind der Shelter, der Zuber und die Außendusche

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in einer wunderbaren Umgebung, in einem tollen Haus in guter Lage u d würden jederzeit wieder kommen. (... unser erstes Ferienhaus in DK...)

Wir sind mit unseren 4 Kindern für eine Woche in den Herbstferien dort gewesen und hatten eine schöne Zeit! Das Ferienhaus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber gemütlich eingerichtet mit vielen Kleinigkeiten (zB Spielzeugboxen in den Zimmern)! Auch die Lage ist super und der Weg zum tollen Strand nicht weit! Zudem liegt davor ein super Spielplatz! Einen Stern Abzug gibt es nur weil der Laden vor Ort leider nur bis zum Spätsommer geöffnet hat und so der Weg zum Bäcker doch etwas weit war! Dies haben wir vorher leider nicht gewusst! Ansonsten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt!
