Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 74 m² and is build in 1970. In 2020 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is high chair and changing mat.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2550 m² natural site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 600 m away.A enclosed terrace (50 m²) belongs to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast.TV through streaming. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. 1-3 English channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Großartige Lage des Grundstücks, fußläufig zur Ostsee. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wohn- und Küchenbereich mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einem Ferienhaus so braucht, ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe. In der Küche fehlt jedoch Platz zur Aufbewahrung von Lebensmitteln, Gewürzen usw. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war gut, nicht durchgelegen, keine Rückenschmerzen. Der Kleiderschrank ist sehr klein für 2 Personen. Wir haben einen anderen Schlafraum als Kleider-/Ankleidezimmer genutzt. Das Badezimmer ist gut ausgestattet. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen, aber nur wenn wir zu zweit fahren, für mehrere Personen würde uns der Platz im Haus nicht reichen. Ein Kleiderschrank für 6 Personen ist schon sehr wenig. Im Schrank des einen Schlafzimmers befindet sich der Staubsauger, Bügelbrett, Spiele usw., da war kein Platz mehr für private Sachen. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat keinen Schrank.
