Holiday home suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 75 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1936. In 2016 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 805 m² dune site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1300 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 100 m. A 20 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Outdoor shower. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Worth knowing

Ein kleines gemütliches Haus mit ausreichend Platz und einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Wir lieben die ruhige Lage dieses Hauses und das schöne Naturgrundstück mit den Dünen.

Das hat uns gefallen: Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gelegen, geschmackvoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Die Küche ist hochwertig und umfangreich ausgestattet. Das hat uns nicht gefallen: Ein kleines Schlafzimmer war abgeschlossen, da es von der Vermieterin / dem Vermieter privat genutzt wird. Damit hatten wir ein Zimmer weniger. Das Ferienhaus wird wenig vermietet und überwiegend von der Vermieterin / dem Vermieter genutzt. Wir hatten Pech. Vor unserer Ankunft stand es lange leer. Das Wasser in der Kaffeemaschine hatte Algen. Im Schlafzimmer hatten wir ein (nicht erkanntes) Ameisenproblem, das wir erst nach zwei Tagen durch ordentlich Insektengift in den Griff bekommen haben. Das Team von Sol og Strand war bei beiden Anliegen freundlich und schnell. Weiterhelfen konnten sie uns allerdings nur bedingt. Als Entschädigung haben wir einen Gutschein mit geringem Wert erhalten.
