Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 89 m² and is build in 1979. In 2011 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 75 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 868 m² dune site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 900 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 200 m. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. Swing. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.
