Holiday home suitable for 5 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 58 m² and is build in 1991. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 25 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1600 m away.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds.1 sleeping place on mattress. 1 of these sleeping accommmodations is located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.

Das Haus ist in einer sehr guten Lage 10min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt entlang einer kleinen Promenadenstraße mit Boutique/Cafe ...perfekt Das Haus ist in einer Hofgemeinschaft was ganz niedlich angelegt ist mit großem Sandkasten in der Mitte und an jeder Hauseingangstür Tisch und Bänke was das ganze sehr gemütlich wirken lässt .Innen ist es wesentlich kleiner wie es auf den Bilder scheint,,, leider , aber gemütlich und nett eingerichtet ist es dennoch . 2 kritik Punkte gibt es allerdings freie Ablageflächen (für Lebensmittel) in der Küche sind garnicht enthalten & im Bad nur 2kleine Glasregale an der Wand das ist leider ein No go . Die Betten .....die waren zwar mit 140cm breite angegeben aber wenn man dann direkt davor steht kommt schon ein oje heraus mit Kopfkino. Das Haus ist für 5 Personen angegeben (Erwachsene) wieso fragt man sich da , das ist zuviel für dieses Haus .....die angemessene Personen Zahl 2Erwachsene 2 Kinder müsste da stehen in der Beschreibung denn so war es auch wirklich angenehm und man kann den Urlaub dort genießen.

Skønt hus med fint plads til 4 personer ,samt ekstra fint at der også var en hems soveplads :-) Fantastisk smuk Ø og natur :-), og dejlig badestrand ??.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.waren nur mit 2 Personen hier. Es ist für 4 + 2 Kinder ausgelegt wäre uns aber zu beengt. Für 2 Personen ideal.

Für ein Kurz Urlaub in Ordnung. Aber für Kinder ist ein unsauber Sandkasten da könnte man etwas besser machen .

Es fehlt einem an nichts und wir hatten traumhafte Ferien in einem wunderschönen gemütlichen Haus. Die Größe ist auch für eine fünfköpfige Familie völlig ausreichend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

The house is very nice, near the beach and Nordby where you can find a good supermarket. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is furnished with very comfortable sofas and a large TV. There are two double bedrooms and the beds are a little smaller but it was ok. The stay was beautiful, we couldn't have wished for better. Hope to come again!

Vi lejede huset over jul og det var utrolig hyggeligt! Det er velegnet til en lille familie og har alt, hvad man har brug for. Især den åbne stue med det hyggelige sofahjørne er meget varm og indbydende. Det føltes bare så hjemligt at være der. Vi var også yderst tilfreds med Sol og Strands service. Alle vigtige informationer blev allerede sendt til os før opholdet, så vi kunne komme nemt og hurtigt ind i huset. Vi følte os simpelthen godt behandlet og kan klart anbefale huset og Sol og Strand!
