Holiday flat suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 44 m² and is build in 1974. In 2012 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed.} Freezer capacity of 26 litres.

Situated 50 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1600 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 100 m. Access to a balcony. Parking place by the holiday home.

A shared indoor swimming pool is at your disposal, where you can play and have a good time together. The youngest guests can enjoy the children’s pool.

All together there is 1 bedroom. 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Worth knowing
The outdoor swimmingpool is available between 1/7 -1/9. Walking-impaired and wheelchair users have access to the apartment via the ramp behind Block B. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Leider ein sehr dreckiges und ungepflegtes Apartment. Die Küchenfronten waren klebrig von Kochrückständen. Sehr ungepflegte Küchenausstattung. Der Teppich war sehr verdreckt. Stühle teilweise kaputt. Sehr muffiger Geruch im gesamten Apartment. Wenig Verstaumöglichkeiten.

Bei einem Aufenthalt von 3 Wochen hat uns etwas Stauraum(z.B.Kommode im Wohnzimmer) gefehlt.Außerdem war die Qualität der Betten(obwohl diese recht neu waren) für Personen mit Rückenproblemen nicht gut.Die Küche könnte auch etwas besser ausgestattet sein.Nach Möglichkeit haben wir auf dem Balkon gesessen.Der Ausblick ist einfach nur schön!
