Holiday flat suitable for 2 persons . The holiday home is 37 m² and is build in 1992. No pets allowed. Floor heating in all tiled floors.} Freezer capacity of 10 litres.

Situated 100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1600 m away. A 10 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace.

All together there is 1 bedroom. 2 sleeping places in double bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. CD player. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. A centralized ventilation system is installed and will be activated 3 times a day. This can cause few noise nuisances, which can be remedied by closing the door to the bathroom.

Schöner Kurzurlaub zum 1.Mai. Die Lage ist in der Nebensaison einfach Optimal, mit wenigen Schritten ist man am Strand und auch zum Spar Markt kann man zu Fuß gehen. Wir konnten jeden Morgen draußen auf der Terrasse Frühstücken. Nachmittags haben wir die Liegen jeden Tag genutzt. Einfach perfekt. Das Bett ist mit 140cm recht schmal, aber für ein paar Nächte geht es schon mal. < br />In der Hauptsaison könnte es schon mal lauter werden, wir haben jetzt schon die Nachbarn über uns am Wochenende ständig Stühle rücken gehört und 2 Terrassen weiter war der Besuch auch recht vergnüglich. < br />Wir hatte ein paar tolle Tage und für einen Kurztripp unbedingt zu empfehlen. Einziges Manko ist der Ofen der eigentlich wohl ein Tischgerät ist und nur Ober-Unterhitzte und Grillfunktion hat. Dauert auch ewig bis er heiß wird. Wir haben zum Glück immer unseren Reise Airfryer dabei und waren nicht drauf angewiesen. Parkplatz ist vorhanden, aber recht weit zum auspacken.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist etwas schmal, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Das Bad ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, mit einer guten Lichtquelle ( hat man nicht immer ) die Dusche könnte für korpulente Menschen etwas eng sein. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung empfehlen. Die Nähe des Strandes und zum Einkaufen ist perfekt.

Wir hatten zu zweit ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende auf einer sehr schönen dänischen Insel. Nächstes Mal werden wir dort dann wohl auch mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs sein.

I denne bolig findes alt hvad man kunne tænke sig. Jeg har sovet på den nye sofa i stuen. Min veninde og jeg har delt op... Fantastisk, så vi har booket igen!?? Mvh Anette1??
