Situated 100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1600 m away. Furthermore the house has a 3 m² covered terrace.

All together there is 1 bedroom. 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates. Furthermore stove with dishwasher, baking oven, microwave oven.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. A centralized ventilation system is installed and will be activated 3 times a day. This can cause few noise nuisances, which can be remedied by closing the door to the bathroom.

Im Grundsatz war alles in Ordnung. Lediglich am Montag, dem 21.9.26 wurde für eine kurze Weile um 8,00 Uhr gehämmert und gebohrt. Ebenso zur selben Zeit am Dienstag. Am Sonntag, dem 27.9.26 waren derartige Aktivitäten um 9,00 Uhr. Wahrscheinlich Eigentümer? < br />Am 28.9.26 war draußen eine Handwerksfirma am Gange; aber das ist o. k..

Huset ligger i perfekt gåafstand til stranden og lidt shopping. Dejligt roligt sted. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Wir waren nun zum 2. Mal in der Unterkunft. Das Objekt ist relativ klein aber für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Da wir dann doch tagsüber unterweg waren hat uns die Große nicht gestört. Die Dusche ist sehr klein und Personen mit Handicap werden hier nicht klarkommen. Insgesamt ist die Anlage ruhig und auch der Tennisplatz und der Golfplatz vor dem Haus stören nicht. Es gibt eine kleine Terasse mit Stühlen und Tisch Richtung Südwest.

Die Wohnung war ok und hatte den Vorteil dass man sie auch tageweise mieten kann. Die Lage in Strandnähe war natürlich auch gut .

Für zwei Personen ist das Apartment vollkommen ausreichend, für vier Personen würde es schon etwas eng sein. Die Ausstattung hat für unseren Aufenthalt vollkommen ausgereicht,
