Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 95 m² and is build in 2011. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 77 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 2400 m² natural site. Situated 1100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. A 32 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom

Schönes Ferienhaus in etwas Sumpfigen Gebiet. Dieses Jahr unglaublich viele Mücken, zum Glück hatten wir das bereits vorher angeschaut und uns mit Fliegengittern und Mückensteckern gewappnet. Der bereits mehrfach erwähnte schimmlige Duschvorhang hing immer noch im Bad. Wir sind direkt zu Sonne und Strand ins Büro gefahren und haben direkt einen neuen Vorhang erhalten. Die Einfahrt war bei unserer Ankunft ein komplettes "Schlammloch" und von einen großen Auto oder so total zwerstört worden. Wir sind von hinten ans Haus gefahren, da ist dann der Weg zum ausladen auch nicht soweit. Der Garten mit den vielen Spielgeräten ist toll (leider konnten die Kinder das Trampolin nicht nutzen, da es komplett unter Wasser stand). Viele Tiere kann man hier beobachten. Grundsätzlich würde sich eine allgemeine Grundreinigung mal lohnen, da überall (auf den Terassen und auch im Haus, Küche, Bad und Zimmern) Spinnweben etc. sammeln. Die Küchenausstattung könnte auch mal geprüft werden nur angeschlagene Gläser, kaum Tassen, keine vernüftige Pfannen und das

Indretning af huset var godt. Inventar i køkkenet er meget slidt. Der var sorte fuger under vinduerne i køkkenet og der lugtede kraftigt af fugt og rengørings midler. Fugt på badeforhænget. Beliggenheden er helt perfekt.

Schönes Grundstück, wir hatten viel tierischen Besuch (Rehe, Kaninchen, Fasane). Die Küchenausstattung könnte verbessert werden, keine vernünftige Pfanne, nur stumpfe Messer (das ist aber leider meistens so). Gute Betten und insgesamt schöne Einrichtung.

Pluspunkt:Schönes Haus auf einem sehr schönen ruhigen Naturgrundstück. Für Kinder viele Spiel Möglichkeiten. Schöne Terrassen. Grosses Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Nachteil:Bei schlechtem Wetter,sehr matschig langer Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haus. In den Schlafzimmer kann man nicht die Balkontür auf Kipp stellen nur ganz öffnen,was Nachts ein großes Nachteil ist. Matratzen sehr weich und durchgelegen. Im Bad kein Rollo.
