Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 90 m² and is build in 1970. In 2015 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 1000 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1200 m away. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 4 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex and divided over 2 bedrooms. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, nur das Badezimmer ist viel zu klein und im Andex fehlt eine Toilette

Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, liebe Pflege haben wir vermisst. Gut es liegt in der Natur, aber Abluft ganz zu mit Spinnweben und auch innen viel Spinnen. Außen sowieso.

Ein Haus mitten im Grünen, sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit ganz vielen Möglichkeiten Tiere zu beobachten: Rehe und Fasane mit Ihrem Nachwuchs, Vögel, Hasen...Leider kein überdachter Terrassenbereich (auch für den Weg zum Schlafzimmer) vorhanden

Et dejligt hus med rigtig god plads måske skulle man dreje toilettet 15grader mod døren det vil gøre det lettere for lidt store personer at klemme sig ned

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub zu Viert. In dem Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. In dem Anbau wo sich 2 Schlafräume befinden fehlt leider eine Toilette. Die Kinder mussten Nachts in das Haupthaus gehen was sie in der Dunkelheit schon Überwindung gekostet hat. Das Badezimmer im Haus ist sehr klein. Alles in allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Die Stufen innerhalb des Hauses sind hinderlich und im Eingangsbereich gefährlich wenn man nicht daran denkt.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses war an sich in Ordnung und auch über die Lage kann man sich nicht beklagen. Leider ist das Haus aufgrund vieler und teilweise sehr hoher Stufen nicht für Menschen geeignet, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind. Da das Gästehaus kein eigenes Bad/WC verfügt, sollte an einem Zugang zum Haupthaus gearbeitet werden, da man aktuell nur den Haupteingang auf der anderen Hausseite von außen nutzen kann. Das Haus wurde leider nicht sehr sauber vorgefunden (beispielsweise dreckiges Geschirr und Besteck in den Schubladen, volle Abwassertanks um deren Leerung wir uns als Mieter selbst kümmern mussten). Leider insgesamt nicht sehr zufriedenstellend...
