Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 90 m² and is build in 1968. In 2006 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. Changing table.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2616 m² natural site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Sandbox.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 1 sleeping place in adjustable bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Worth knowing

Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit des Hauses. Die Küche und der Wohn- und Esszimmerberich sind groß gestaltet. Auch die Schlafzimmer haben eine angenehme Größe. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man zum Essen anrichten benötigt. Das Grundstück ist schön groß und es hat eine tolle Terrasse zum verweilen. Zum Strand sind es gute 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Ferienhaus ist auch Behindertengerecht ausgelegt, also für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet.

Fantastisk beliggenhed i kuperet område, rigtig hyggeligt og sjovt hus i retrostil, god plads og egnet til almindelig kørestol.

Aflevering af huset i rengjort stand havde været meget nemmere, hvis der havde været en ny pose til støvsugeren og den, der sad i ikke havde været stopfuld!

Fantastisk dejlig sommerhus hvor man tydelig kan mærke at det har været i den samme familie siden det blev bygget. Det ligger i et virkelig dejlig fredelig område med masser af dyreliv og tæt på vandet. Vil helt klart vælge sommerhuset igen, når jeg kommer til Fanø igen
