Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 75 m² and is build in 1967. In 2018 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 72 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1175 m² dune site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 700 m away. A 20 m² terrace and a 10 m² covered terrace belong to the holiday home - hereof a total of 20 m² enclosed terrace. You find a tool shed. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub zu Zweit. Für 6 Personen ist das Haus sehr klein. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut.

Wir sind schon das vierte Jahr in Folge im Havstien 4/4a gewesen und hatten immer eine schöne Zeit. Das Haus und die Lage finden wir perfekt für uns. Leider wird es scheinbar immer beliebter und das Haus ist bereits in unserer freien Zeit im gesamten nächsten Jahr ausgebucht - sonst wären wir vermutlich nochmal gekommen.
