Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 67 m² and is build in 1980. In 2006 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2200 m² natural site. Situated 700 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 200 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Please, don't smoke in the house. Including water use.

General:
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich und toll ausgestattet. Es hat eine herrliche Terrasse, auf der man immer einen Sonnenplatz und eine windgeschützte weg findet. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Bis zum Kaufmann sind es vielleicht 200 m, zum Strand das doppelte. Also alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Super Urlaub mit Hund. Der großartige Strand ist schnell erreichbar, das Haus liebevoll und dem Preis entsprechend eingerichtet bzw ausgestattet. Gerne wieder, falls wir dürfen ??

Wir haben die Zeit im Ferienhaus sehr genoßen. Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist sehr stillvoll und hilfreich (v.a. Küche). Wir waren in den Nebensaison und da war die Straße zu Rindby Strand an der das Haus liegt nicht so arg befahren. In der Hauptsaison könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass das evtl. störend ist. Dafür ist jedoch der Strand, ein Supermarkt und ein leckerer Burgerladen fußläufig erreichbar.
