Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 82 m² and is build in 1991. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 25 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2100 m² natural site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 400 m away. Swing. Sandbox. Carport is at your disposal.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 1 person.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist unglaublich schön. Viel Natur und sehr viel Privatsphäre. Das Haus selbst ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Bei Ankunft mussten wir feststellen das zwei der elektrischen Heizkörper aufgedreht waren. Der Stromstecker einer Lampe war defekt (mit Kindern ein echtes Problem). Die Stühle im Essbereich waren in keinem guten Zustand mehr ( das Leder war bereits kaputt und die Stuhlbeine waren auch hinüber. Alles haben wir Sol og Strand gemeldet und bald nach der Meldung war ein sehr freundlicher und herzlicher Handwerker da um sie Mängel wie Stecker und Stuhlbeine zu reparieren. Die Sachbearbeiterin von Sol oh Strand war sehr kompetent und hat unsere Anliegen sofort dem Eigentümer gemeldet. Das Haus selbst hat alles was man braucht und die Sauna ist ein Highlight. Wir haben uns auf Fanø sehr Wohlgefühl und in dem Haus eigentlich auch. Leider müsste der Eigentümer einwenig Arbeit undankbar s Geld in das Haus investieren. Rund um, wir würden jederzeit mit unseren Kindern wieder hier wohnen…

Wir waren zu zweit im Haus und hatten eine angenehme Woche. Das Haus ist schlicht gehalten, aber gepflegt. Einige Bereiche, wie Fenster bräuchten eine Pflege bzw Renovierung. Im Haus ist das Nötigeste vorhanden.
