Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 7 persons . The holiday home is 101 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1982. In 2005 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. Changing table.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1432 m² dune site. Situated 100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 6300 m. A 100 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 6 m² covered terrace. On warm nights the outdoor fireplace ensures a cosy atmosphere. 2 Parking spaces by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 3 sleeping places in bunk beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast.TV through streaming. No TV channels - only streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Die Ausstattung besonders in der Küche ist hervorragend. < br />Die Lage perfekt, man ist schnell am Strand . In der Nacht ist es ruhig. Insgesamt ein sehr gemütliches Haus.

Das Haus liegt gut geschützt, von der Straße nicht einsehbar. Terrassen bieten diverse Möglichkeiten im Tagesverlauf der Sonne zu folgen. Die Einrichtung ìst geschmackvoll (hervorzuheben die bereitliegenden schönen Decken)Küchenausstattung gut. Badezimmer verfügt über großzügigen Stauraum, was in dän.Badezimmern durchaus nicht Standard ist. Die Schränke in den Zimmern sind mit tollen herausziehbaren Schüben ausgestattet : sehr, sehr angenehm u n d endlich mal zusammen passende Kleiderbügel!!! Nicht zusammen gewürfelt - machte auf mich einen sehr positiven Eindruck, war der Erwähnung wert!

Das war das erste Mal, dass wir Haus so nah am Strand hatten. Wir haben das sehr genossen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Die Terrassen laden ein bei gutem und sonnigen Wetter den Tag bzw. einige Stunden draußen zu verweilen. Der Blick vom Wohnzimmer (1. OG) mit oceanview ist erwähnenswert. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ein zweites Badezimmer mit WC wäre wünschenswert. Desweiteren ist die Lage zum Strand (kurzer Weg durch die Dünen) einmalig.
