Holiday home suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 82 m² and is build in 1987. In 2022 the holiday home was renovated. In 2024 the holiday home was partial renovated. It is allowed to bring one small, shorthaired dog. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2329 m² natural site. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 75 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds.1 sleeping place in sofa bed (double).- 1 of these sleeping accommodations is located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV.TV through streaming.1 Bluetooth speaker. Surround system. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. It is not permitted to have parties in the house.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in dem Haus und wollen es auch wieder buchen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Strand, Supermarkt, Kunstladen und Restaurants sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen und nach Nordby ist es ein Spaziergang von ca. 45 min. Obwohl das Haus direkt hinter dem Parkplatz vom Supermarkt liegt, bekommt man vom Autoverkehr nichts mit. Das Haus ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist ohne Teppichböden, was es sehr leicht macht, es zwischendurch zu reinigen und Hundehaaren zu entfernen. Die Terrassen liegen so, dass man morgens vor dem Haus Sonne hat. Wir haben dort gefrühstückt. Am Nachmittag lässt sich auf der hinteren Terrasse auf den Liegen gut ausruhen. Eine Anmerkung: die hintere Terrasse ist nicht wirklich geschlossen und der Hund kann durch Gebüsch entwissen. Wir haben das Problem mit einer Schleppleine gelöst.

Fint lille sommerhus, hvor den faktiske oplevelse af huset og værelser egentlig er bedre end billederne viser. Det ligger godt i forhold til indkøb; lidt længere fra strand end ønsket. Tæt på Kabyssen, hvilket giver en stille summen af liv som baggrundslyd i haven.

Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand.Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Wasser ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Gleiche trifft auch für den Supermarkt.

Unser Urlaub war sehr entspannt und einfach schön. Das Haus liegt sehr nah am Supermarkt und allen übrigen Lokalen in Rindby. Außerdem erreicht man den Strand in ein paar Minuten. Was will man mehr? Sehr gerne wieder.
