Es ist schön gelegen, war etwas voll mit den „Hinterlassenschaften" vorheriger Mieter ( leere Marmeladengläser, Zeitschriften, Zeitungen, Kerzenstummel, etc. ) insgesamt wirkt es ein kleines bisschen abgewohnt. Die Terrasse ist schön und hat gemütliche Sitzmöbel

Das Haus hat eine tolle Terasse. Der einzige Sonnenschirm ist in einem Betonbehälter fest verankert, sodas man ihn nicht verschieben kann. Außerdem gibt es für die Liegen u. Stühle keine Sitzpolster.
