The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 111 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1807 m² natural site. Situated 1000 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 5000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Situated 3500 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 6 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Das Ferienhaus überzeugt durch seine gute Lage, eine gelungene Raumaufteilung, zwei Badezimmer, zahlreiche Sitzmöglichkeiten und eine grundsätzlich ansprechende Einrichtung. Leider wird dieser positive Eindruck durch den insgesamt vernachlässigten Zustand erheblich getrübt. Teile der Ausstattung sind defekt, und verschiedene Bereiche wurden offensichtlich seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt. Sehr unangenehm ist der starke modrige Geruch, der das gesamte Haus durchzieht und sich in Kleidung und persönlichen Gegenständen festsetzt, sodass nach der Rückkehr sämtliche Textilien gewaschen werden müssen. Enttäuschend war die angeblich durch Sol og Strand durchgeführte Endreinigung. Schade, denn mit besserem Unterhalt und einer wirklich gründlichen Reinigung könnte dieses Ferienhaus eine sehr ansprechende Ferienunterkunft sein.

Det var et meget hyggeligt sommerhus med mange nips ting så den virkede mere personligt God plads og lå rigtig godt. Skøn terrasse med mange havemøbler og det nød vi rigtig meget.

Huset ligger på en naturgrund med ujævn plæne, svær at spille spil på < br />Huset var lidt slidt, men med god indretning med 4 værelser og en god anneks < br />Hyggelig stue med en god sofa og stole < br />Sengene i det ene værelse var lidt for små til voksne og madrassen lidt hårde

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub mit der Familie. Ein Schlafzimmer, das neben der Eingangstür roch sehr feucht. Meine Kleidung nahm den Geruch an, sodass ich alles zu Hause waschen musste . Alle anderen Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Ansonsten haben wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Ferienhaus war von aussen sehr schön ! Mit den Terrassen! Von innen fehlte uns die Großzügigkeit. Das sah auf den Bildern anders aus. Dann die Zimmer drei waren sehr klein. Eins besonders! Wo höchstens Kleinkinder schlafen können. Toll waren die zwei Bäder!
