Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 90 m² and is build in 1933. In 2018 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 392 m² garden site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. A 20 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom.

General:
Das Haus hat einen guten Grundriss mit einem zusätzlichen Zimmer, das etwas abseits liegt, aber auch zu dem Grundstück gehört. Es ist großzügig und hat eine fantastische Lage zum Meer, so dass es auch bestens für Tagesaufenthalte ohne Ausflüge geeignet ist. Der Kaminofen ist schön zentral gelegen und macht sehr angenehme Wärme, der Esstisch steht am Panoramafenster mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Schlafzimmer sind zum Teil auch mit Blick aufs Meer. Es ist ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen ohne technischen Schnickschnack und mit Allem, was wirklich gebraucht wird.
