Das Gebiet ist sehr ruhig und kinderfreundlich mit wenig Verkehr. Das Haus ist ausnahmslos modern mit schönen Möbeln eingerichtet. Im Sommer können Sie in zwei Schlafzimmern mit offenen Fenstern schlafen, da sie mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet sind.

Zum Gebiet gehört ein besonders schöner und gut besuchter Badestrand. Wenige Kilometer vom Haus liegt der kleine Fischerort Årosund, von wo aus man zur Insel Årø übersetzen kann. Für Angler gibt es gute Angelmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und außerdem ein Badeland in der Sommersaison.
