Holiday home suitable for 5 persons . The holiday home is 80 m² and is build in 2007. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. The garage contains a freezer with a capacity of 120 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1600 m² garden site. Situated 150 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 800 m away. A 80 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 21 m² covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

The holiday home contains 1 TV. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels.

Worth knowing
Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dem Haus Das Haus liegt in wunderschönen Natur Ruhe pur dort. Leider fehlte die Einfriermöglichkeit in der Garage die im Text bei Buchung geschrieben stand, daher ein Minuspunkt

Wir kannten das Haus bereits. Das war unser zweiter Aufenthalt. Es ist als wenn wir nach Hause kommen. Definitiv werden wir wieder dieses Haus buchen.

Wir waren fast 16.mal in Dänemark in Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus war mit Abstand das beste Ferienhaus. Es hat alles gepasst. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Küche ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Für alle Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbeleuchtung sind ordentlich Aufleger vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und es gibt Viel was man sich ansehen kann. Die Menschen sind sehr höflich,freundlich und entspannt. Das Sevisbüro von Sonne und Strand ist spitze. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, vielen Dank.
