Lay-out
Holiday flat suitable for 5 persons . The holiday home is 46 m² and is build in 1900. In 2006 the holiday home was renovated. In 2017 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets.} Freezer capacity of 10 litres.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 10 m² garden site. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 50 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 5000 m. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You have access to a shared outdoor swimming pool.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 1 sleeping place in single bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, mini oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. CD player.Playstation 3. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

No letting to youth groups, where all persons are 15-25 years.

Hyggelig og central beliggenhed. Lille ferielejlighed. Lidt lille til 5 personer ( 3 voksne og to store børn). Handicapvenlig. Lidt slidt. Trænger til opgradering.
