Welcome to our house in the forest! ?? Here you can truly unwind and enjoy a cosy little oasis where calmness sets in as you connect with the nature surrounding the house. With everything you need – heat pump, wood-burning stove, dishwasher, microwave, internet and smart TV – the house is the perfect place for quality time with family, children or friends. Whether you’re playing board games, diving into a good book or enjoying a movie night, this is a place made for relaxation and togetherness. On lovely summer days, the large terrace becomes an extension of the house. Open the double doors, enjoy your meals outside, or just relax in the sun loungers. A hammock, parasols, outdoor toys, ladder golf and a barbecue are all available. When the weather gets cooler, you can gather around the outdoor fireplace for some cosy warmth. From the living room and terrace, you have a beautiful view of the forest, where trails lead you through the varied landscape. For those who want more activity, the shallow water by the coast is perfect for stand-up paddling. On the fjord, you can also launch a kayak, canoe or boat. Øster Hurup, located about 10 km away, is a lively summer town with restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and charming little boutiques. It also has a family-friendly sandy beach and a harbour bath. If you’re in the mood for an outing, a visit to the Lille Vildmose Centre (open seasonally) is highly recommended. Randers, with the popular Randers Rainforest, is about a 45-minute drive away, and the colourful city of Aalborg, with its zoo, shopping and nightlife, is about an hour’s drive from the house.
