Lovely holiday home in lovely forest surroundings

This lovely summer house is located right in the forest, where there truly is time and space for immersion. The wildlife right outside the door includes pheasants, hares, deer, squirrels, and every now and then, the fox drops by. The house accommodates 6 people and has 3 bedrooms, so there's room for enjoying time with the entire family. The summer house boasts a fully equipped kitchen, along with a newer bathroom with a washing machine. There's wireless internet, and access to various streaming services if you can tear yourselves away from the view from the spacious partly covered terrace. There are garden furniture and sun loungers, as well as a large gas grill. If you need cooling off on the hot summer days, there's also an outdoor shower. For the younger kids, there are swings, a trampoline, and a sandbox by the house, plus various outdoor games (petanque, darts, hoopla, etc.). About 200 m from the house, there's also a playground. It's 700 m to the Kattegat, which you can easily reach via paths from the house. It has a lovely sandy bottom, but it's not an optimal swimming beach, more of a marshy coast. A trip with, for example, a paddleboard is quite feasible. If you desire a great swimming beach, visit the charming Øster Hurup located approximately 15 min. drive north from the house. There you'll also find shops, cafes, a fish house, and a marina. If you head about 2.3 km to the south, you'll arrive at Als Odde. It's located at the mouth of the Mariager Fjord and also offers some bathing opportunities. There's a large area with a grill bar and options to rent a canoe and go water skiing during the peak season. On the way down to Als Odde, you'll pass by the quaint little restaurant, Jægerhuset. It's around 1.5 km from the house. Note: Not for commercial rental.
