All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. There is floor heating in the annexe.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with floor heating and shower cabinet as well as 1 bathroom with shower.

General:
Sehr schönes Haus mit direktem Meerblick aus der oberen Etage. Gut eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, tolle Umgebung, sauber bei Ankunft. Das angrenzende Gästehaus haben wir nicht benutzt. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Wir waren über Neujahr dort, Temperaturen um den Gefrierpunkt, da ist es schwer das Haus (vor allem im Erdgeschoß) warm zu halten. Aber es waren genug Wolldecken vorhanden. Wie andere schon bemängelt haben, sind die Fenster in der oberen Etage nicht zu öffnen. Es gab zwar eine Fernbedienung für das Veluxfenster, allerdings waren die Batterien leer und es gab auch keinerlei Hinweis im Haus, ob man damit das Dachfenster aufkriegen könnte. Daher war es dann in der oberen Etage zum Schlafen relativ stickig,
