Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 120 m² and is build in 2013. No pets allowed. There is ground heat. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 70 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2250 m² dune site. Situated 600 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. A 90 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 40 m² covered terrace. Hereof a total of 28 m² enclosed terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Trampoline. Slide. Petanque. Football goal. Outdoor shower. On warm nights the outdoor fireplace ensures a cosy atmosphere. It is possible to prepare the food in the outdoor kitchen. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.
