In 2002 the holiday home was renovated. In 2020 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. There is floorheating in the living room. Floor heating in the hall. Floor heating in the kitchen-dining area. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 50 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. Changing table.

The holiday home is situated on a 2103 m² natural site. Situated 320 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Access to a balcony. Swing. Sandbox. Playhouse.
