The sleeping accommodation consists of two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, as well as a double bed on the open mezzanine. There is a well-maintained bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating.

The property offers a spacious terrace area with garden furniture and a barbecue. In addition, there is a large lawn suitable for play, ball games, and outdoor relaxation, as well as a trampoline.

The area around Lyngsbæk Beach is peaceful and family-friendly, with a lovely sandy beach nearby. Several restaurants and grocery shopping options can be found in the area. The gently hilly landscape makes it ideal for walking and cycling.

The house is approximately a 15-minute drive from the town of Ebeltoft, known for its many tourist attractions. These include the Old Town Hall, where couples from near and far come to get married. At the harbour, you will find several excellent restaurants and the opportunity to buy freshly caught fish daily. The harbour is also home to the Glass Museum, a leading museum of modern glass art, as well as the historic Frigate Jylland.

Ree Park, where visitors can experience wild animals up close, is also about a 15-minute drive away. In addition, it is approximately a 30-minute drive to both the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and Scandinavia’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
