Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 130 m² and is build in 1961. In 2013 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1000 m² garden site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 2000 m. A 80 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet., hereof 1 guest bathroom.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

området er, bortset fra busdriften, et rigtigt godt sted for alle typer feriegæster. dagligvareområdet er godt dækket. der er et bredt spektrum af muligheder fra lystfiskesø over restauranter og legepladser. der er også flere musiktilbud rundt omkring.

Great location of the house, which is close to the beach and shops. However, this time it was not as clean and during our stay the lawn was mowed in the morning.
