On the first floor, there's a spacious TV lounge tastefully furnished with good-quality furniture, and it has access to a terrace boasting the most beautiful views of the landscape. Two comfortable bedrooms with double beds are also located on this floor. The house is situated on a small plot with parking available. Across the road, there's a nice playground for the kids, and convenient shopping options are nearby. If you fancy a trip to the beach, Skødshoved Strand is not far away. Alternatively, take a hike up Tved Kirkebakke hill for a glimpse of the stunning landscape, and if you head towards Tved Church, you can access the water via small paths. Tved is located in the National Park Mols Bjerge area, and from the house, it's approximately 18 km to the trading town of Rønde and 18 km to Ebeltoft with its many tourist attractions. Here, you'll find, among other things, the old Town Hall, the Frigate Jylland, the Glass Museum, and the Malt Factory.
