The heart of the house is the spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen connected to the living room. From here, you can access the dining area, situated in a conservatory with large windows overlooking the terrace and natural surroundings. Make yourself comfortable in the reading corner or on the sofa in front of the wood-burning stove - watch an exciting film via Chromecast or enjoy a good book. An energy-efficient heat pump ensures comfortable temperatures throughout the house.

Daily conveniences including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided.

Within this 97-square-metre holiday home, you'll find three lovely bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The bathroom features a relaxing whirlpool with warming jets, and underfloor heating ensures comfortable temperatures.

After a beach walk, you can rinse off the sand using the outdoor shower (closed from 1st November to 1st April for frost protection).
