Holiday home suitable for 10 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 167 m² and is build in 2012. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. There is floorheatin all over the holiday home except for the annexe, where electric heaters are available. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1828 m² garden site. Situated 675 m from the sea. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 2600 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 10000 m. A 80 m² terrace belong to the holiday home.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 american refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Dieses Ferienhaus hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub mit der Familie braucht. Der Schnitt des Ferienhauses war sehr gut. Immer 2 Zimmer mit Bad. Die Sauna wurde von uns nicht genutzt, daher kann ich hier nichts bewerten. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hervorragend, ziemlich neu und sauber. Eine neue, schnellere Kaffeemaschine und eine Antihaftpfanne wären schön gewesen aber nur ein sehr kleiner Makel. Wir haben noch kein Ferienhaus gehabt, welches mit so viel Geschirr, Besteck, Geräten etc. ausgestattet war. Auch der Aktivitätsraum war sehr schön zum Dartspielen oder für Tischtennis. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig auf einem großen sauberen Grundstück. Leider ist der schnell erreichbare Strand ein Steinstrand. Zum Sandstrand sind wir gefahren mit dem Fahrrad aber gut erreichbar. Ein Manko ist, dass das Haus in einer Gegend ist, in der nix los ist. Zum Einkaufen muss man immer fahren, auch ein Bäcker fehlt in der Nähe.

Wir haben einen sehr entspannten und schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Sehr schöne Lage, großes Grundstück (leider nicht eingezäunt) Sehr schönes und sehr großes Haus. Viel Platz für mehrere Gäste mit einem kleineren, abgeschlossenen Wohnbereich mit Kinderzimmer, eigenem Bad und eigenem Schlafzimmer.
