Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 156 m² and is build in 1920. In 2005 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed.} Freezer capacity of 10 litres. There is moreover a fireplace. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 665 m² garden site. Situated 425 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 200 m away. You find a tool shed. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast. Stereo set. CD player. No TV channels - only streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
The house is heated with district heating. However, the house is not top-insulated and it must therefore not be expected that there is maximum heat in the house during the coldest periods. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Workman/tradesman are not allowed to rent for business purposes.

De anmerkningene som er fremført er tross alt relativt beskjedne og i en totalvurdering rangerer vi huset høyt. Dette bekreftes ved at vi har leid huset flere ganger, og gjerne kommer tilbake. Spesielt dersom våre kommentarer blir vektlagt.

Huset er meget kold i vintersæsonen - vi brugte 12 ps briketter og der kommer ingen fjernvarme ud af radiatorene.
