The holiday home is situated on a 325 m² natural site. Situated 100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. A 15 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Worth knowing

Das Schlafzimmer Bett ist sehr weich und sehr niedrig. Luxus darf man nicht erwarten... Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis passt Die Küche hat schon einige Mängel, und einen Grundputz würde ihr sehr gut tun Auf der tollen Terrasse sind leider keine Liegestühle Das Bad ist zweckmäßig.... schön ist anders Die Sauberkeit ist noch ausbaufähig, die Lüftung im Bad ist komplett dreckig mit Staub. Die gröbsten Dreckecken wurden nach Anruf sofort gesäubert In den Schlafzimmern ist so manche Ecke etwas angeschimmelt und die Matratze im Kinderzimmer war verpinkelt. Für 6 Personen ist dieses Haus definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Die Nähe zum Meer ist natürlich sensationell und fußläufig erreichbar sind Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants und andere Attraktionen.
