The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 2503 m² natural site. Situated 750 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 5 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Plug for charging electric car is available. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 1 of these sleeping accommmodations is located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Tolle Gegend für Naturliebhaber, viel Ruhe, Einsamkeit, Idylle. Schönes Haus, ideal auch für 2Personen. Alles was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr tolles Ferienhaus und wie auf den Fotos. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sauber, schön hell, ideal für Hundebesitzer da die Terrasse komplett geschlossen werden kann was sehr wichtig für uns war. Das Haus hatte für uns einen idealen Standort weil man nicht direkt hin sieht und man somit nicht gefühlt auf dem Präsentierteller sitzt :-) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
