Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 105 m² and is build in 1994. In 2010 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1448 m² natural site. Situated 600 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1400 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 3 sleeping places on mattresses. 3 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 4 persons.

General:
Ein sehr schönes Ferienhauf in einer sehr sehr schönen Lage. Wir sind als Familie dort gewesen mit 7 Personen, darunter 2 Kinder, eines davon 1 Jahr alt. Wir haben uns sowohl im Haus als auch auf dem Grundstück und in der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Aus der Beschreibung des Hauses war Folgendes nicht ersichtlich, was möglicherweise für andere Reisende von Interesse sein könnte: Das Zimmer mit der Leiter zum oberen Stockwerk ist im oberen Stockwerk zum Flur hin offen, man kann aus dem Flur nicht in das Zimmer sehen aber wenn im Flur Nachts Licht angemacht wird scheint dieses auch in dieses Zimmer. Die Terasse (mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht) hat einen niedrigen Rand, hinter dem es teilweise mehr als 1 Meter abwärts geht. Wir mussten hier auf unser 1-jähriges Enkelkind achten, was für uns kein großes Problem war. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sehr sauber. In den Zimmer gibt es, wie oft in den Ferienhäusern wenig Fächer in den Schränken sonderen eher Platz für Bügel.
