Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1841 m² natural site. The site is fenced in. Situated 1300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 800 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Slide. Beach volley. Gas barbecue available. Carport is at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

General:
Wir fahren schon sehr lange in dieses Ferienhaus, wir sind 2 Personen und ein Hund. Das Haus hat alles was ein Ferienhaus braucht, viel Platz für Kinder und einen Hund. Eine Feuerstelle, Beachvolley Platz, Schaukel, Sandkaste, Kletterhaus und eine große Terrasse, teils auch überdacht. Das ganze Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Im Haus 2 Bäder, ein guter Ofen, eine Wärmepumpe mit Kühlfunktion, 4 Schlafzimmer, davon 2 mit je 2 Einzelbetten und 2 mit Doppelbetten je 1,60 m. Ein Carport mit Ladefunktion für E- Autos ist auch vorhanden. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Falls es ein Problem gibt, das Büro Skagen ist in der Neben Saison nicht immer erreichbar, dann kann man sich auch an das Büro in Lønstrup wenden, wo auch gut deutsch gesprochen wird. Wenn keiner erreichbar ist, einfach eine e-mail schreiben, sie wird in der Regel spätestens am nächsten Tag beantwortet.
