(VE082) Lovely summer cottage with a good location.
The summer house is intended for 6 people and offers 95 m2 of wonderful atmosphere with only about 100 meters from the beach.

The external facilities offer a lovely enclosed courtyard with an outdoor shower and 2 terraces in the dunes. From one terrace there is a sea view in addition to the descent to the beach.

All this glory is a few minutes' walk from Vejer's town centre, which offers several restaurants, a bakery, a pizzeria, 2 grocers, a drip cookery with ice cream and soft ice cream and more.

The summer house is on two floors and contains: Small entrance hall in connection with the kitchen-dining room. Newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating. Large kitchen-living room with a good dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts such as a dishwasher, microwave, hob, hood and fridge/freezer combination as well as a wood-burning stove. On the first floor: lovely living room with DVD player, television, DAB radio and wireless Internet access. The Danish programs can be seen via the Stofa holiday package. The house has a total of 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + DB. One bedroom on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Annex with washing machine. Nice terrace environment with garden furniture and grill (gas and charcoal grill). Owner provides gas. On the terrace, the days can be enjoyed from morning to evening.

It is possible to park 1 car directly at the house, as well as 2 additional parking spaces on the opposite side of the road (black shed with house number 3).

The house is heated with underfloor heating, electric radiators, wood-burning stove and heat pump. The homeowner provides wood free of charge, but you must split the wood yourself. 1 dog is allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Built in 1914, but renovated in 2023.

Please note that there is a wilderness bath on the upper dune terrace. However, this is private and may not be used.
