Newly renovated summer house for 6 discerning guests and 2 children in Vejers Strand. The summer house has been renovated using quality materials, in a modern and trendy design that fits in well with the surroundings. The summer house has a total of 185 m2 including the annex.

The summer house offers a wonderful atmosphere in a modern, Nordic style, and with large panoramic windows facing nature.

The outside facilities offer beautiful sunsets that can be enjoyed from the surrounding terraces. The summer house is located on a dune plot, approx. 200 meters from the beach and a short distance to shopping and restaurants.

The house contains: entrance hall and utility room with washing machine. 4 good bedrooms, where 2 bedrooms are in the annex: DB + DB + DB + 2B. A master bathroom with shower, washing arrangement and toilet. In the annex there is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing arrangement. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, hood, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The dining area and living room are in open connection with the kitchen. The room has large panoramic windows where the surroundings can be enjoyed. In the annex, there is a large activity room with table tennis and bop table as well as television for Chromecast. Kitchenette with sink and fridge/freezer combination.

The house has a nice large terrace environment on all sides of the house.  

In the main house there is a television with Stofa summer house package. Wireless Internet access and bluetooth speaker.

The house is heated with electric radiators and a heat pump: one in the main house and one in the annex. There is underfloor heating in both bathrooms.

Small carport for smaller cars (max length 4.75 metres).

Pets and smoking are not allowed.

The house was renovated in 2020.
