Welcome to our charming holiday home "Opnør," beautifully situated on a dune in a prime location with a fantastic direct view of the sea. The beach is only about 100 meters from the holiday home, making it easily accessible for beach lovers. Standing on the terrace, you can let your eyes wander around the holiday home area and enjoy the breathtaking view and complete relaxation.

Layout and Facilities

The holiday home is ideal for 6 people and is spread over 2 floors, providing ample space for all residents. On the ground floor, you'll find the living room with the kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The third bedroom and a small cozy hallway are located on the upper floor. The living room is open and bright, integrated with the dining area, and furnished in a friendly and inviting manner.

Modern Amenities

Entertainment is ensured with Chrome Cast and Smart TV, which also receives some German channels. There is also a DVD player and internet access (Wi-Fi). Exposed beams in the ceiling of the living and dining areas give the holiday home a special charm. In the dining area, there is a fireplace that creates a cozy and warm atmosphere. Additionally, a heat pump is installed in the living area, which can reduce energy costs as it is energy-efficient.

Well-Equipped Kitchen

The floors throughout the house are wooden planks, except for the bathroom, which is tiled and has underfloor heating. The kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven at working height, a dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer combination. A combined washer and dryer is also located here. From the kitchen, there is access to the terrace.

Bedrooms and Bathroom

The bathroom on the ground floor has a sink, a toilet, and a shower, and it is equipped with underfloor heating. There are three bedrooms in total (DB + DB + 3SB): one with a double bed (¾ bed), and a separate bed on the ground floor. A slightly steeper staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a cozy living area. Here you can relax, look out of the semicircular window, and write a few lines – a perfect opportunity for relaxation and calm. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor. From the upper floor, you have a wonderful view of the dunes, the holiday home area, and the North Sea.

Additional Information

The living area of the holiday home is approximately 120 sqm. A maximum of one pet is allowed, and smoking in the holiday home is not permitted. The house was built in 1930, continuously renovated, and most recently in 2020.
