Cozy summer house for 4 adults and 4 children, located on a high dune site approx. 150 meters from the beach in a quiet location and a short walking distance to the city centre. The house contains: entrance to the house is from the northern gable, where you enter a spacious hall with good wardrobe space. From here there is an entrance to 1 bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilet. There is also a guest toilet with washing facilities. From the entrance you come across a corridor with 4 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B + 2B - 2 master bedrooms each with 1 double bed and wardrobes. 1 smaller bedroom with 1 bunk bed (85 x 190 cm beds) and wardrobe. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (85 x 190 cm beds) and wardrobe. Lovely large kitchen-dining room with a fantastic view over the dunes. The new kitchen appears functional and spacious with a stove with ceramic hob and oven, hood and fridge with integrated freezer. From the kitchen there is access to an east-facing wooden terrace. The kitchen is in open connection with the large dining area with a large dining table with matching chairs and corner bench and a wonderful view of the dunes. Cozy and spacious living room with wood-burning stove, television with Stofa basic package. Wireless internet (50/50). From the cozy furnished living room, there is access to a partially covered wooden terrace, where evenings can be extended in the early spring and autumn. The view of the sea can be enjoyed from the terrace. Combined washing machine and dryer as well as outside. For the children there is a swing. 2 dogs allowed!
Access to the summer house is only possible from the northern side of Nordvej (entry to Nordvej can take place via Risvej and down Nordvej towards Vejers Havvej)
