This beautiful holiday home with activity room, built in 2023, is located in Vejers Strand on a large, open natural plot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. The beach is only about 600 metres away.

On the large terrace, you can enjoy the sun from early spring until late autumn. One of the terraces has an outdoor hot tub. Part of the south-facing terrace is covered, inviting you to relax even when the weather is not so good. There is also a gas barbecue available (gas can be purchased at the local supermarket). For children, there is a swing with a slide, a sandpit and a trampoline – ideal for playing and letting off steam.

In the entrance area of the house, there is plenty of space for coats and shoes, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. With a total size of 166 m², the holiday home offers plenty of space and comfort. The living room is connected to the dining area and the modern kitchen, and the large windows create a particularly friendly and cosy atmosphere. A wood-burning stove provides extra warmth and cosiness. One of the two energy-saving heat pumps is also located in the living room and helps to reduce electricity costs.

The provider Norlys offers access to approx. 10 German and several Danish TV channels. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven at working height, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer.

The house has two modern bathrooms, both with underfloor heating, toilet, washbasin and shower. One bathroom also has a sauna. There are four bedrooms in total, all with double beds (180 cm).

The activity room is perfect for fun games: billiards, darts and air hockey provide variety. There is also another television and a cosy sofa corner. The second heat pump is also located in this area.

The centre of Vejer is only a few minutes away by car or about ten minutes on foot. There are several restaurants, a bakery, a pizzeria, two grocery stores, an ice cream parlour and other nice shops.

Overall, the holiday home exudes a warm, personal cosiness. Carefully selected furniture, harmonious colours and atmospheric pictures give each room an inviting atmosphere where you immediately feel at home.

One dog is allowed.

Smoking is not permitted in the holiday home.

The large wooden terrace, which extends across the north, west and south sides, gives the house a special charm. There are parking spaces right next to the house. The plot is approximately 3000 m².
