The summer house is located on undisturbed hilly dune land, approx. 250 meters from the beach.

The summer house: The entrance to the house is from the back of the house to the kitchen. From here you enter the house's living room. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room. The kitchen is kept in light tones and appears with every comfort with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. From the kitchen there is access to an east-facing terrace where breakfast can be enjoyed. Large dining table, from which the view can be enjoyed from the large panoramic windows and the evening meal can be consumed with the heat from the fireplace. The sofa corner offers 2 large sofa floats, TV with Danish and foreign channels from the Stofa TV package. Cozy nook or recess with a view out of the large window section. there is access to a loft from the living room. Wireless internet (30/30). 2 large bedrooms: DB + DB , double wardrobes and access to the terrace. Wellness bathroom with marble tiles, large washing arrangement, wardrobes, wall-hung toilet, large shower cubicle with glass wall and exit to sauna cabin and outdoor shower. Washing machine and dryer. Furthermore, a bathroom with shower/wc and sink.
The house is heated with underfloor heating and there is a heat pump in the living room. There are sliding doors from the living room to a large closed terrace with a built-in wilderness bath. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Water incl. in the rent. The house may be occupied by a maximum of 4 people (including small children).
The house has been thoroughly renovated in 2020.
