There is also a toilet on the first floor. New bathroom with shower/WC on the ground floor and guest toilet on the first floor. Washing machine. Internet access. Heat pump. Pets not allowed - with the exception of one small dog. Smoking is not allowed. Partially closed terrace with outdoor shower. Year of construction 1971, renovated 2022.
