Situated high on top of a dune and at the end of a small road - sanctuary is definate! A cozy and newly build cottage surrounded by the beauty of nature. The house was newly built in 2022 - built from quality materials and with a modern Nordic design. Perfect for six people who want peace and quiet. It is possible to charge an electric car via a Type 2 wallcharger.

The location on a scenic dune plot with a panoramic view of the outermost dune ranges to the west and forest and lake to the east is unique – and the car-free beach is about 600 meters away. The house has a pleasant atmosphere with plenty of daylight and a view of the surrounding countryside. Wooden terraces to the east, south and west provide the opportunity to follow the sun around – and find shelter.

Adjacent to the kitchen/living room is a covered terrace to the east with a panoramic view, where it is possible to stay in both summer, spring and autumn. There is also an outdoor shower for summer use. The house welcomes you with a large entrance hall with wardrobe, washing machine and dryer, 2 bedrooms each with an attached bathroom on the same level. A few stairs up and the fantastic view comes into view and can be enjoyed from the spacious living room, dining area and kitchen. 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + DB.

SmartTV with Danish and German TV programmes, HBOMax, Disney+, Viaplay and Chromecast.

The guest house, built in the same lovely materials as the rest of the house, has a bedroom and a bathroom.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Free admission to the water park in Varde in 2026.
