This tastefully decorated summer house is located in the middle of the dune landscape - cozy beyind meassure! There is only 400 meters to the beach. The house is bright, friendly and very modern and offers plenty of space for 6 people. There are terracotta-coloured tiled floors with underfloor heating throughout the house, especially in the bedrooms, where there is a wooden laminate floor. The large panoramic window in the living room provides good light.

You have a direct view of the fireplace on the Enjoy the crackle of the wood-burning stove in the cozy sofa and TV room. There are both Danish and German TV programmes. There is a small step up from the living room to the spacious dining area. The house has a heat pump, which is installed in the living room. With this energy-saving heat pump, electricity costs can be reduced. From the living room there is a small ladder up to the loft, where there are a couple of mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped and has a stove with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. There are two renovated beautiful, bright bathrooms with underfloor heating available to guests. Both are equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. The large bathroom also has a sauna and a spa bath, which is always filled with water and can therefore be used exactly when you feel like it. There are a total of three bedrooms: DB + DB + DB. In the entrance area there is a washing machine and dryer for free use. A beautiful, spacious terrace area makes you want to linger. A small part is even covered. There is a carport available for one car. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. Wireless internet available. Electric cars can be charged at the house. The holiday house was built in 1998 and was renovated in 2021 and 2025.
