The holiday home offers a total area of 223 m2 with a delightful atmosphere both outdoors and indoors, providing high comfort for the entire family, both big and small, throughout the year. The house is approximately 700 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the lakes at Jafdalvej, with a lovely view.

The external facilities include a large open terrace where evenings can be extended and enjoyed well into spring/fall. The holiday home is situated on a beautiful large natural plot with good parking facilities.

The entire property is just a few minutes' drive from the center of Vejers, which offers several restaurants, a bakery, a pizzeria, 2 grocery stores, a candy factory with ice cream and soft-serve sales, and more.

One bathroom also has a dryer and a washing machine, while the other bathroom features a sauna. Open kitchen with a dining area and a living room. The space is bright and lovely with good natural light and access to the pool area. The kitchen is comfortably equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hobs, extractor hood, and 2 refrigerators plus a 94-liter freezer. From the kitchen, there is access to the terrace. Cozy living room with a fireplace, TV, radio, CD player, Stofa holiday home package (4 Danish channels), and wireless internet access. Pool room with a pool of approximately approx. 7.7 x 3 x 1.3 meters (length x width x depth), floor heating, standwater spa ( to ca. 5 people), and access to the terrace. The house has a total of 6 bedrooms. 5 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (6 bedrooms: DB + DB + DB + DB + DB + 2SB). The house is child-friendly with 2 swings and a sandbox. The terraces are tiled. Two charcoal grills are available in the summer.

The house is heated with floor heating, electric radiators, a fireplace, and an energy-efficient heat pump. Additional cost for water consumption. Smoking is not allowed.
